Tony Jacklin is Britain's greatest all-time professional player. Born in1944, he became the nation's greatest British golfer of his generation and the most successful-ever Ryder Cup Captain, winning 8 times, and participating in 11 Ryder Cups.

The 2014 Ryder Cup will see some of the world’s greatest players, at the top of their game, gathered together at Gleneagles—such as Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Dustin Johnson, Patrick Reed, Jason Dufner, Tom Watson (amongst those most likely to be picked for Team USA); Rory McIlroy, Henrick Stenson, Sergio Garcia, Luke Donald, Jamie Donaldson (amongst those most likely to be picked for Team Europe).
